One of the most significant impacts of the pandemic has been on our relationships. With social distancing and lockdowns, many of us lost the ability to connect with others in meaningful ways. The shift to virtual communication often felt inadequate, leaving us feeling isolated and disconnected. As we move forward, it is crucial to relearn how to build and maintain real relationships, both physical and emotional.

The pandemic has left many of us feeling lost, with our sense of purpose and self-worth diminished. This is particularly true for young adults who missed out on formative experiences and milestones. Together, we will work to restore your sense of purpose and rebuild your self-worth:
